Sarah Kirby opened the doors of Kittiwakes shop in Braunton in the winter of 2009. Kittiwakes proved to be immediately popular with shoppers – both locals and visitors – as it offers the kind of products and gifts not available in or around Braunton before.

We aim to stock beautiful, tasteful and charming items with a nod to nostalgia and history but with a clean, modern, high-quality and ‘shabby chic’ approach. Some of our stock is handmade and all has that attention to detail that makes something special.
